We begin the workshop with a moment of inspiration by drawing a card, setting the tone for your personalised aroma bottle. You'll then explore the rich meanings of gemstones and the benefits of essential oils, guided by a detailed handout to spark your creativity. With endless combinations to choose from, you'll craft an aroma bottle that uniquely aligns with your intentions for the year ahead.
As we transition into the Tibetan bowl sound healing session, your custom aroma bottles will be placed near the bowls for energetic purification. The soothing vibrations of the Tibetan bowls will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, offering 45 minutes of tranquility and connection as you reflect on the past year and set your sights on the future.
This workshop is a beautiful opportunity to honor the lessons of 2024, release what no longer serves you, and step into 2025 feeling grounded and inspired.
