Reduce Stress & Unwind
-
Restorative Yoga is aimed at achieving total relaxation. The postures are held for a long duration but totally supported so the muscular-skeletal body & the organic body can rest and restore.
-
Through long supported holds, you are able to work deeply within our joints and release tension/pressure. Yin Yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility.
-
Myofacial release with the use of a range of firm and soft balls of varying sizes, which we roll the body over to move the fascia away from the muscle, allowing for improved movement and pain relief. Combined with some simple yoga stretches this class will leave you feeling like jelly.
