Rejuvenate your body and mind with gentle yoga, healthy food, and time to create a self-care plan just for you. A full-day retreat to reset and focus on your health and well-being. See the daily schedule below.

Catch the 9am ferry over to Mandorah and the 5:20pm ferry back to Darwin

Participants will be picked up and dropped off from Mandorah Jetty and transported to the most amazing day of restoration, relaxation and rejuvenation at Sanctuary By The Sea.

The retreat is open to a maximum of 9 people.  

This retreat is fully catered.

BYO Yoga Equipment. You can borrow it from the studio:)

MOVEMENT & BREATH

A day of holistic body practice with a focus on releasing tension and connecting to self-care. The yoga classes will be gentle and with some simple breathwork to release tension and stress.

NOURISHING FOOD

Healthy, nourishing, fuel foods. Gluten and dairy-free catering is available.

DETOX & REJUVENATE

With a day away from your phone and digital devices, gentle movement to connect to your body, clean food, and a refreshing mineral spa, your energy will be renewed.

SELF CARE PLAN

Join us for an informative session on creating routines and habits that will support you in your daily life to create balance. This session will inspire you to create good habits about when and what you eat, your sleep routines, and your menstrual/ post-menopausal cycle.

MEET KATE

I’m passionate about offering opportunities for self-care because I’m looking for them myself.

Self-care is talked about a lot but not practiced enough. I know this from my own experience of chronic fatigue and a serious back injury.

I have learned many tools over my 10 years of teaching yoga that focus on self-healing and recovery. I’d like to share them with you.

The day will look like this

  • 9am Ferry to Mandorah

  • 10am Set intentions

  • 10.15am Roll & Release yoga class

  • 12:00pm Lunch

  • 12:30-2:15pm Your choice of plunging into the mineral plunge pool, relaxing, reading, reflecting.

  • 2:15-3pm Self Care Session

  • 3:30pm Restorative yoga class

  • 5.20pm Ferry to Darwin
