Haruka Sasaki is Japanese and particularly drawn toward oriental methods of healing.
The sound of Tibetan singing bowls has helped me a lot to deepen my meditation and spiritual practice as well as deep relaxation. I would love you to come along and be bathed in this powerful frequency of singing bowls.
Simply come along, lie down and listen. Drift between a wake and sleep state, and relax deeply.
