Settle and prepare the body and mind for (pranayama) breathing
Basic pranayama techniques to improve the health of your lungs, reduce stress and anxiety, relaxes your nervous system.
Suitable for all levels, no prior experience required.
This series of classes can not be attended individually. You can not drop in to individual classes. You must pay and book for all four classes.
