Join Kate and Ros for 4 days of Yoga and Ayurveda down the track at Mary River Wilderness Retreat.

Step out of the busyness of life and into 4 days of relaxation and rejuvenation to reset.

Kate and Ros will share Yoga and Ayurveda practices with you to help you transform your lifestyle to get more balance.

  • 4 Nights Accommodation (shared or single occupancy)

  • Daily Brunch, Dinner and Afternoon Tea (vegetarian & Ayurveda menu)

  • Daily workshops on Ayurveda and using food to nourish and heal your body

  • 8 Yoga Classes (active morning & evening yin classes)

  • Daily breathwork/meditation

Accommodation is either a single or shared bush bungalow or pool bungalow.

A really simple way to describe Ayurveda is ‘Using Food as Medicine’.

Ayurveda is much more than this but at our Yoga and Ayurveda retreats, we focus on food as medicine.

The Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat is just as much about food as it about yoga.

There are two yoga sessions a day and 2 meals a day and each has equal value on the schedule.

The retreat menu is thoroughly thought out to be balanced and cater not only to food intolerance but also to cater to the individual needs of each person's dosha.

There are three Doshas. Doshas are energies in the body and we all have a different amount of the three. So we need to eat differently to balance out doshas to nourish and heal our bodies.

At the retreat, we dive deep into the Doshas so that at the end you have a good understanding of your dosha and the best foods for you.

It can be as simple as adding coriander or cucumber to your meals to cool you down and balance your dosha. We are teaching simple practices that you can experiment with at the retreat and then continue in your daily life with ease.
