Head-stand and Shoulder-stand are often referred to as the King and Queen of asanas.
They offer tremendous health benefits when practiced daily.
In the Iyengar method we practice these inversion daily (unless menstruating) and hold them for up to 10 minutes each.
You can't master these postures in one workshop but you can learn the techniques to prepare and set up for them so you can practice them in class. You will be balancing in no time and reaping the benefits of these incredible postures.
This workshop is limited to just a small group so that everyone can receive individual attention and work with the postures at their own level.
