A workshop exploring the connection between the feelings in our bodies, the thoughts in our minds, and how we communicate.
We will bring together yoga philosophy and Conscious Communication tools to bring awareness to the impact our Body | Mind | Communication has on our relationships and the choices we make in life.
Kate Roseth has been practicing yoga for 19 years and is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. She is excited about sharing ways to incorporate yoga philosophy into daily life.
Cassie Newnes has been practicing Conscious Communication (NVC) for over 10 years and is passionate about sharing these communication tools. She has been a group facilitator for over 20 years and loves working with people to bring greater connection into their lives.
