Guided Relaxation

A guided relaxation is way more beneficial than lying on the couch and vegging out.

We think... 'I'm exhausted I need to lye down' And you probably do! So you just B line for the couch and perhaps even the remote control.

This is not real relaxation, your mind will be thinking about all the things you have to do, your kids will ask you stuff, your phone will demand your attention and none of this is relaxing.

Before you know it 30 mnute have passed you have been 'resting' but when you get up you don't feel rested???

Having someone guide you through a 10 minute relaxation will be way more restful, beneficial and time effecient:)

So I have created for you a 10 minute guided relaxation. Lye down some where you won't be interupted, press play and enjoy.
