I have never done yoga before. Where do I start?

If you have never practiced yoga before we recommend you start with our Yoga Foundations class. However, any of our open level classes are safe and rewarding for a beginner.

How do I pay? Do you have eftpos facilities?

Yes, we have eftpos facilities at our studio. You can pay by cash or card (no American express sorry). You also have the option to buy passes online using a credit card.

Do I need to book studio classes?

No, drop ins are always welcome 🙂 You can also book online to make sign in quicker and easier. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to class.

What do I wear to a yoga class?

Please wear clothing you can move in and are comfortable sweating in. Nothing too constricting!

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

No. Yoga mats are provided by the studio but you are welcome to bring your own.

What is hot yoga? Do I need to bring anything extra?

Hot yoga is a Vinyasa flow style class practiced in a territory heated room (No fans, no air-con!). Please arrive to this class well hydrated and bring plenty of water. Be prepared to sweat and bring a towel.

What and when should I eat?

Yoga is best done on an empty stomach so don’t eat anything 2 hours before class. A small snack is okay if you have to!

Where should I park?

Please be careful not to park in front of other units. There is customer parking at the back of our complex and also outside on Bishop St.
