Whether you are new to yoga, have dabbled in classes over the years or are a experienced practitioner Agoy Yoga has a class for you! We offer a variety of yoga classes catering for all levels of ability.
If you have never practiced yoga before, this is the class for you! The class is based on the optimal alignment of the body and taught at a slower pace with the support of yoga props so that beginners can cultivate the body awareness required to practice yoga safely.
Detailed explanations are provided and questions are encouraged. The class consists of physical postures and breath work with time for relaxation at the end.

Yin yoga is very therapeutic and healing for the body. It can release deep held tensions specifically in the hips and spine. Through long supported holds we are able to work deeply within our joints and release tension/pressure.
Yin Yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility.
Yin Yoga is said to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being. All levels of experience welcome.

This is a dynamic fast paced class for those who enjoy a total workout in the body, mind and soul! In this class we will explore inversions, arm balances and deep backbends, not suitable for beginners. Some previous experience is assumed.
This is a open level Vinyasa Flow class (vinyasa means ‘intelligent sequencing’).
In this class the breath is linked together with a creative progression of postures that heats, lengthens, strengthens, tones, and purifies the muscles and organs. When we flow with our breath, moving from one posture to another, we find a meditation in motion. The connecting movements become as important as the postures themselves.
Each instructor offers unique sequencing that includes sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated and inverted postures. All levels welcome.
Hot Yoga is taught in a territory heated room (no fans and no air con!) Heated environments increase your pulse rate, metabolism and allow your blood vessels to expand & become more flexible. This makes circulation easier and increases blood flow to your limbs. You will notice improved flexibility as the body heats up. Expect to be challenged, to sweat bucket loads (!!) and to have a whole lot of fun! Although you will get hot, the act of sweating helps to control your internal body temperature. Please bring a towel and a full water bottle. All levels welcome.
Designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs! Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will prepare the body & mind for childbirth, and at the same time relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy.
Expect a combination of active, strong poses as well as restorative postures to help relax and re-energize. Beginners welcome.
Roll and Release
Using foam therapy balls and other yoga props this class is designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and prevent injuries. You will learn how to safety and effectively perform self- myofacsial release (SMR) of trigger points and connective tissue (myofascia).
There are various ways we might work with the tissues for Roll & Release but ultimately the goal is to create a local flushing of blood, lymphatics and facial release. This flushing allows nutrients to move in, waste products to move out and the muscle fibres to reset from the ‘on’ position to a more appropriate resting level.
This class is for all levels, sore and tired bodies most welcome!
